If you are unable to type more than two lines of text in the Comments box, then click this link (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157 )to uninstall Adobe Flash Player. On the page the you are taken to click on the blue link in option # 1, and when a new text box comes up, click on "Run". When the program finishes running, restart your computer. Then click this link (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP )to re-install the newest version of Adobe Flash player.
